It is recommended to assume 1 capsul a per day to swallow with water , or dissolve the powder in any bevand a cold or at room temperature, and drink in a short amount of time.
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contains traces of lactose .
